Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at order@spannocchia.org. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 10531, Portland ME 04104. You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges/Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods such as olive oil cannot be returned. Gift cards can also not be returned, and all shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at order@spannocchia.org.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift card will be issued. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
